<p>The coolant expansion tank is located under the bonnet next to the engine.When the engine is turned over, the antifreeze is continuously circulated through the cooling waterways, halfway through the expansion tank, and the excess gas and antifreeze will flow out of the expansion tank's bypass channel, preventing the cooling system from becoming too high in pressure.</p><p>▶▶INSTALLATION STEPS</p><p>STEP 1 Remonve the bolts securing the reservoir to the engine compartment.</p><p>STEP 2 Remove the two top hoses and the bottom coolant hose.&nbsp;Pry the hoses off the reservoir tank fittings.</p><p>STEP 3 Remove the old coolant reservoir from the engine compartment.</p><p>STEP 4 Reinstall the new tank.</p><p>STEP 5 Attach bottom hose to coolant reservoir.&nbsp;Reattach two top hoses.</p><p>STEP 6 Secure coolant reservoir with bolts to the engine compratment.</p><p>Start the vehicle.&nbsp;Check for any leaks.</p><p>▶▶WHAT REPLACING YOUR COOLANT RESERVOIR CAN DO FOR YOU?</p><p>✔The cylined reptured</p><p>✔Reduced pressure in the engine cooling system</p><p>✔Reduce oil dilution</p><p>✔Keep engine clean</p>
