This Mercury Sterndrive & Inboard Oil Change Kit 8M0182228 contains everything you need to change the oil in many popular MerCruiser 4-stroke marine engines, all in one convenient package. The kit includes six quarts of FC-W(CAT) Certified Mercury SAE 25W-40 4-Stroke Marine Engine Oil, along with a premium Mercury oil filter and instructions. Use the kit for MerCruiser in-line 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder engines; Mercruiser 4.5L, 5.0L, 5.7L and 6.2L V8 small-block engines; and MerCruiser V6 engines with remote oil. The kit can also be used for MerCruiser 7.4L, 8.1L and 8.2L engines, but will require one to two additional quarts of Mercury SAE 25W-40 oil (not included).
