The Koala Kare KB111-SSRE Vertical Baby Changing Station provides the convenience of a fold-away diapering station for users in your commercial restroom, while still maintaining a professional, sleek look in your facilities. The unit is a recessed-mount model that requires a rough opening that is 22-1/2 inches wide by 36 inches high by 4 inches deep. The changing station folds outward to reveal its slate gray polyethylene interior, which is outfitted with bag hooks and a built-in sanitary liner dispenser. The unit is oriented vertically so parents can stand facing their babies' feet at the front of the unit or stand along the sides to face their babies' profiles. The hinges used for opening and closing the unit feature a steel-on-steel design, and the 11-gauge, stainless steel supports provide extra strength for the unit. To allow the changing station to open and close slowly, the unit has a concealed pneumatic cylinder. Protection against bacteria is provided by the Microban anti-microbial additive used in the design.
